Pay, condition of service and pensions
- We offer competitive salaries in line or above the nationally agreed pay scales for teachers and support staff
- The choice of two pension schemes depending on your role: Teachers Pension Scheme (for teachers only) or the BPET stakeholder pension, and the Local Government Pension Scheme (for support staff and central team) or the BPET stakeholder pension.

We have a range of policies and benefits to support staff in achieving a work-life balance, such as:- flexible working opportunities, job share and part-time roles

Staff wellbeing
All staff have access to the Employee Assistance Programme, a range of confidential, wellbeing support services. We are also proud to have a menopause policy to support staff going through this time of life.
Continuing Professional Development
We are firm believers in a strong professional development culture. We devised a series of CPD opportunities to support employees' professional development. We also offer apprenticeships, available in our schools and in the central team, and a School Centred Teacher Training Programme to train future teachers.
Environmentally friendly
As a trust, we do everything we can to reduce our environmental impact. We therefore offer a Cycle to Work scheme, and help with travel costs.
