Continued professional development is so important to us that we have invested in the enhancement of our training and collaboration programme, increasing the number of external facilitators and training organisations we are partnered with, as well as networking and collaboration opportunities.
Every year, we offer a vast , as well as the BPET Annual Conference which brings together staff across all schools with the aim to inspire, learn, share best practices, and work together on how to best deliver our shared vision.

- A range of National Professional Qualification (NPQs) for leaders and emerging leaders
- Access to for all staff, as well as all BPET parents
- SEND review training
- Learning reviews training
- Preparation for Year 6 teaching
- Moderation of Writing
- Apprenticeships for all staff
