During Drop-In we are available to meet with you personally. There's always a friendly face to greet you.
At Drop-In, you can:

- Ask any questions you need help with.
- Meet and mingle with other internationals.
- Enjoy a cup of tea/coffee and a social chat.
The Drop-In as well as all our events, activities and services are free of charge.

New Twist on Drop-in Thursdays: Themed Talks @ the Hub!
This fall, we鈥檙e adding something special to three of our Drop-in Thursdays! On these occasions, we鈥檒l welcome a guest and shine a spotlight on a specific theme.
While you鈥檙e still welcome to bring any questions鈥攋ust like during our regular Drop-ins鈥攖hese themed sessions offer a great chance to dive deeper into a topic, learn something new, or simply get inspired.
Plus, we鈥檒l be serving a light breakfast鈥攆irst come, first served! So come grab a bite, and enjoy the conversation.

Living in a foreign country can be exciting but it can also be stressful. Join therapist Janine Miller for a special Drop-in session to explore simple, grounding ways to care for yourself during challenging times. Come and go as you like鈥攕hare your experiences, connect with others, or just listen in.
