We invite international job seekers to join a new format we're testing. This is not a lecture. It鈥檚 a working session designed to help you take charge of your future. You鈥檒l leave with clarity, motivation, and a practical roadmap to stay relevant and thrive in the age of AI.

- Understand the key trends transforming work and identify which of your tasks are most at risk or ready to evolve.
- Discover the top human skills that will remain in high demand, and how you can gain or increase these valuable skills to become more valuable and relevant; now and in the future.
- Explore new, high-growth career paths and practical tools (including AI tools) that can help you pivot or upskill.
- Create a personalized 90-day 鈥淔utureproof Plan鈥� with concrete next steps to build confidence and career momentum.
The workshop will be led by Neal Greenspan, who recently facilitated a well-received session in our Kick-Start Program on personal pitching for networking events. This is a new project he's been working on since early 2025, and you will be the first ones to experience this hands-on, timely and useful workshop.
